What agencies ask us
Is the CRM really free?
Yes. The full CRM is free for every agent in your agency, with no time limit. You only pay to list properties: either per listing, or one monthly plan that includes all your listings.
Do we still need Property24?
For now, yes: they have the buyers. ErfFind replaces the tools around the portal (your CRM, listing capture and website). Sending your listings to Property24 and Private Property from ErfFind is coming soon; until then you keep loading them as you do today.
What does a plan cost?
From R 449 per office per month (excl. VAT), depending on the size of your office, with no contract. In the demo we'll work out exactly what you'd save compared with what you pay today.
Can you move our existing listings over?
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet from your current system and we'll import your listings. Your team then just adds the photos.
Is our data safe?
Your data is backed up automatically every day, sign-in is protected against password guessing, and only your own agency can see your clients and documents.
Online or in person?
By video call from anywhere in South Africa. In the Western Cape we can also come to your office.
